Schedule Time With Us
Our first meeting is typically scheduled in-person at our kitchen showroom, located in West Palm Beach’s historic Northwood Village.
This meeting works as a way for us to connect with you and develop a better understanding of your needs. It’s also the perfect time for you to view our custom items, which we find helps our clients get a feel for the type of work we produce.
Our team places great value on each client relationship, and this first meeting is the perfect first step to a successful result.
Visionary Meeting
Next, we’ll discuss your vision when it comes to creating the ideal kitchen for your home.
During this stage, we will:
Review the scope of your project
Determine the unique kitchen features
Intake inspirational images selected by you
Decide if we’re a match
After that information has been gathered, we’re onto scheduling a follow-up meeting. During this on-site meeting, our team will take key measurements, review any blueprints you may have, and provide further details about your project.
This secondary meeting will also include our general contractor to help further determine your project’s scope.
PS: If you already have a general contractor, our team is happy to work with them for your project.
Design Presentation - Understanding Our “How” & “Why”
Held at our kitchen showroom, the design presentation will feature essential details included in your future kitchen.
This includes key aspects of the kitchen’s layout and the thought process behind each of our design choices. Our team takes great pride in ensuring your presentation is complete with stunning customized renderings and quality evaluations of your new kitchen. This step helps us communicate with clients the “how’s” and why’s” of our ultimate decisions.
Typically, our design presentations include:

Surface finishes
Hardware options
Counter material
We love this approach as it’s a great way to showcase each material and design needed to complete the project.
PS: This design process usually takes two to four weeks to complete.
Installation Process
We want you to be thrilled with your final results, which is why we provide clients with a comprehensive installation packet providing all the necessary details. This leaves no question unanswered and continues to prioritize communication throughout the installation process.
When it comes to installing our custom cabinetry, lead times can take 8 to 14 weeks, with much of this time depending on production schedules. Once your items are completed, we’ll coordinate with you to determine the best times for our licensed installers to begin the process. We also send a team member over during the installation process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is up to our standards.
